What do I need to setup a Reach?

You will need a mobile phone number (can't be a landline or virtual number) and an email to get started with Reach.

What countries is Reach available in?

Currently Reach offers numbers in the US and Canada. Reach works in all countries as long as you have access to the internet.

How does Reach calling work?

Reach calls through the internet. Dial a number or contact and you call directly through the Reach interface. Incoming calls show up differently than normal calls so you can answer appropriately. You will always know when someone is calling your Reach number.

How is the call quality?

We take call quality seriously. Your call quality depends on the strength of your internet connection. If your internet connection is strong, you’re HD calling experience will be great.

Does it use my minutes from my phone plan?

Reach uses your cellular data plan or wifi. As long as you have an internet connection, you can use Reach. This applies if you’re out of the country as well.

How long does it take to port a number?

It depends on the carrier but we’ve seen 3 days up to 2 weeks. There’s no service interruption. But don’t cancel your account or shut off your service until it’s fully complete.
