Reach Phone LLC ("Reach," "we," "us") operates the Reach mobile app and web portal. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that data.

Information We Collect

When you use Reach, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, and phone number(s)
  • Contacts — contacts you add to your Reach workspace
  • Communications — call logs, SMS messages sent and received through your Reach number, and voicemail recordings
  • Payment information — billing details processed through Stripe or Apple In-App Purchase (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Usage data — error logs and app performance data to help us fix bugs and improve the service

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Reach service (calls, SMS, voicemail)
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send transactional notifications (e.g., verification codes, account updates)
  • To diagnose technical issues and improve app reliability
  • To comply with legal requirements, including telecommunications regulations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your call or message content for advertising.

Third-Party Services

Reach relies on the following third-party services to operate:

  • Twilio — powers phone calls, SMS messaging, and phone number provisioning
  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
  • Stripe — payment processing for web subscriptions
  • RevenueCat — subscription management for mobile app purchases (Apple IAP)
  • Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring
  • PowerSync — offline data synchronization for the mobile app

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where supported by our infrastructure providers. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time by deleting your workspace from the Reach app. When a workspace is deleted, we remove your contacts, call logs, messages, voicemail recordings, and associated account data. Some data may be retained briefly in backups or as required by law.

Children's Privacy

Reach is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of Reach after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
