Reach Phone LLC ("Reach," "we," "us") operates the Reach mobile app and web portal. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that data.

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where supported by our infrastructure providers. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time by deleting your workspace from the Reach app. When a workspace is deleted, we remove your contacts, call logs, messages, voicemail recordings, and associated account data. Some data may be retained briefly in backups or as required by law.
Reach is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of Reach after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
