Create Your Account
- Open the app and sign up with your email
- Choose a plan (monthly or annual)
- Pick your business phone number — search by area code or go toll-free
- Name your workspace (your business name)
That's it. Your number is live. You can make and receive calls immediately.

Quick Setup Checklist
After signing up, here are a few things worth setting up:
- Record a voicemail greeting — Settings → Voicemail. A professional greeting makes a big first impression.
- Set your business hours — Settings → Business Hours. Calls outside these hours go straight to voicemail.
- Turn on auto-reply — Settings → Auto-Reply. Sends an automatic text when you miss a call or get a message after hours.
- Enable text messaging — Go to reachphone.co/compliance to register your number. US carriers require this before you can send texts. Learn more →
